I stayed four nights at this hotel. The metro stop is just outside exit D. The room was very clean, and checking in was fast. Staff members were both friendly and helpful plus, the breakfast had many options.
The air conditioning was not very effective, so the room temperature was hard to regulate.

The staff offered very helpful assistance, particularly at check-in. They addressed inquiries efficiently and maintained a cheerful attitude throughout the process. The team seemed genuinely committed to.

Breakfast included many choices with vegan alternatives (oat milk, soya milk, vegan cheese, vegan margarine). The buffet was always full, and tables were readily available. The coffee machines also had short lines (almost no wait at all!).

The room had bunk beds with individual lights and wall plugs on both levels. The beds are secured to the wall so they do not shake when you move. This made sharing the space much more manageable.

The hotel sits directly in front of the U-Bahn station. It offers very easy access to the city center. The Olympic Park is also nearby for a quick run (I enjoyed that!).

The breakfast had good vegetarian options. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning did NOT really work in the room. They changed me to three rooms, but every room was the same. It reminded me of a trapped room without ventilation even though the ac was on. Other guests had the same problem so it seemed like the hotel hasn't considered a solution yet.

the location is awesome, i gotta say. the subway station sits right outside the front gate, its super convinient for getting around. our room was clean, an i really loved the heated floors, they felt really nice!
the food wasnt the best, i must confess. the pizza was like, not good and ive eaten a lot of pizza. also, the pillows were pretty flat an not comfortable at all. asking for extra pillows didnt solve the problem.

The room was not properly cleaned . Even after I asked for cleaning, the room was not touched, I found this unacceptable. Toilet paper and shower cream were depleted and the provided towels felt damp. a couple of the staff members exhibited rude behavior. I did not like it

the location is near a subway station. it provides direct access to the city center. the staff at the front desk was helpful. they gave us directions to places we wanted to visit. directions were printed from the computer.
